Shipping & Returns
We ship FedEx Ground. FedEx does not guarantee next day service using FedEx Ground, but "generally" orders that are processed for Washington state (Monday – Thursday before 12:30 pm) arrive next day. If your order is received by 12:30 Friday, look to receive your order on Monday.

All orders shipped will include a FedEx tracking number (sent to your e- mail). Tracking may be done online at www.fedex.com
ZDI Gaming processes website orders, Monday through Friday. In order to insure that your order is packed and shipped for *next day delivery please submit your order by 12:30 pm.
FedEx does not deliver on the weekends so if you place your online order Monday – Thursday (before 12:30 p.m.) you will typically receive your order the following day.
Returns Refund & Exchanges
Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase and meet the following criteria For a 100% refund:
Product must be in its original packaging, unopened and sealed.
Product must be returned with original proof of purchase.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Product will not be refunded if it does not meet these criteria.
Due to the legal restrictions of use for our products we request that you contact us at 1-800-414-8227 prior to returning any item.
If product is deemed defective by the W.S.G.C and has been written up with appropriate paperwork
ZDI Gaming will issue a call tag to have product picked up and issue a 100% refund for the defective item.
* Generally FED EX delivers the following day for shipments in Washington state.
